    BabyStacks Cafe has everything you could want in a Filipino breakfast spot, the ube pancakes are superb, fluffy, moist and a perfect side dish. I had a skillet with Portuguese sausage, Kalua pork, potato's, mushrooms and sunny side eggs. Breakfast is comfort food and this did not disappoint. The sisig burrito is also fantastic, it's very flavorful without being too greasy and the tortilla tastes as if it's freshly made.

    I DON'T THINK THAT YOU WILL LEAVE THIS RESTAURANT HUNGRY !!! I ordered the Portuguese Fried Rice (omelette-style) with pancakes and my friend had the Portuguese sausage with eggs and rice which included pancakes. It was good but it didn't have as much flavor as the Hawaiian-style equivalent. I tried some of the Portuguese sausage that my friend ordered and the taste was a little different from the Portuguese sausage that is sold in Hawaii. It had a milder taste than what I expected. I like the Hawaiian Portuguese sausage over this one but it was ok-tasting. The rice that came with the Portuguese sausage breakfast was undercooked or didn't have enough water when it was cooked because my friend said that the rice was hard. Even though the food was not how we were used to it was still good and there was a lot of it. Service was friendly and efficient. I would go back if I'm in the area and HUNGRY.

    First time to this location I was in the area and was craving some red velvet pancakes! I usually dine at the Henderson and Buffalo location. Cool place, indoor, tabletop and patio seating available. Gerardo's service was great, also the other staff too. Coffee was on a good rotation and the check up on your service was excellent! I really love the size of their pancakes here. It's the perfect size and portion. Many times I've been to other breakfast places and the pancakes are the size of the regular plate. Sad to say I end up wasting the pancakes. But here at Babystacks there's no wasting the pancakes! I enjoy every single bite and every little chocolate crumbles and the cream cheese frosting on their best seller Red Velvet Pancakes. On the menu: Steak and Eggs with seasoned potatoes.
